Construction for this $19 million, five story, 136-room hotel was completed in December 2008. It is located North of SH 121 and East of the Dallas North Tollway on the east side of Parkwood between Gaylord and Warren in the Frisco Bridges Shopping District. It is near the Dr Pepper Ballpark home of the AA Rough Riders and Frisco Entertainment and Sports Center. The project was supervised by Champ Hospitality from land acquisition through opening of the hotel for business.
