aloft Las Colinas, Irving, Texas
A ground breaking ceremony was held on March 20, 2007 on our first aloft hotel project in Texas and among the first in the United States. This $19 million, 136-room hotel is located in the City of Irving and in the center of the Las Colinas Urban Center. The site is adjacent to and compliments approximately 30,000 SF of boutique restaurant and retail space. Located at the southwest corner of State Highway 114 and O’Connor Boulevard, this new development will transform the area into an upscale shopping, dining and hospitality destination.
