Tropica Sands, Jaco Beach, Costa Rica
A premier beachfront residential condominium hotel located on the Pacific Ocean at the exclusive south end of the village of Playa de Jaco, Costa Rica. The project has two towers, one nine stories and the other ten. There are 84, two and three bedroom units ranging in size from 1,750 -3,200 square feet comprised of 168 keys. A Wyndham Hotel franchise has been approved for the hotel.
Other amenities include a restaurant, Palapa bar, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, concierge services, secured parking, wireless internet access, full hospitality services and a 24-hour front desk.
Champ Hospitality and its partners acquired the land, designed the project and is currently marketing it fully entitled.
